Describes an attribute of a feature. An attribute is equivalent to a column in a table, where are feature(row in a table) may have many attributes(columns). The metadata exposes these attribute definitions that describe each of the attributes found in the feature or feature collection. The definition identifies the name and data type of the attribute. Important: The order of the attribute definitions in the metadata is the same as the order of the attribute vales returned in the features.
