Creating package activity views in PitneyTrack Enterprise

Each user can create up to ten views to quickly access specific package lists on the Package Activity screen. Each user can also select a default view, which appears when that user opens the Package Activity screen.

Creating views

1. From the Receiving menu at the top, select Package Activity under Packages.
2. Set up your desired view. The view will remember your selected columns, filters, and sort order.
3. Select the Views menu.
4. Select Save as New View.
5. Enter a name for the view. If you want to save the view as your default view, select the Make this my default view checkbox.
6. Select Save.

Changing to a different view

1. Select the Views menu.
2. Select the desired view.

Changing the default view

1. Select the Views menu.
2. Select the star next to the view you want to set as the default.
   

Deleting a view

1. Select the Views menu.
2. Select the Delete icon next to the view you wish to delete.
