Editing a package record in the PitneyTrack mobile app
There are 4 ways to edit a package in the PitneyTrack mobile app.

There are 4 ways to edit a package in the PitneyTrack mobile app.
- Use one of these methods to open the package record:
- Tap Receive to open the Receive screen, scan the tracking number barcode, and tap Edit Package.
- Tap the Undelivered button, then select the package's barcode. The package record opens in an edit screen.
- Tap the Received button, then select the package's barcode. The package record opens in an edit screen.
- Tap Find a Package then scan a tracking number barcode.
- Make the necessary changes. To edit multiple packages with the same information, select Scan More, scan the next tracking number barcode and then make the necessary changes.
- Select Save or Save & Print.
