Editing a package record in the PitneyTrack mobile app

There are 3 ways to edit a package in the PitneyTrack mobile app.

There are 3 ways to edit a package in the PitneyTrack mobile app.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Use one of these methods to open the package record:
    • Tap Receive to open the Receive screen, scan the tracking number barcode, and tap Edit Package.
    • Tap the Undelivered button, then select the package's barcode. The package record opens in an edit screen.
    • Tap the Received button, then select the package's barcode. The package record opens in an edit screen.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Select Save.
