Turning on double detect on the DI200 and Relay 1000

Learn how to turn on double detect on the DI200 and Relay 1000.

If you are getting more than one insert or sheet feeding at once, follow these steps to enable the Double Detect feature:
  1. Press Menu 4 times, until the screen says "Sheet DD Is Off. Change?"
  2. Press Yes. The screen should say "Sheet DD Is On. Change?"
  3. Press No. The screen should say "Insert DD Is Off. Change?"
  4. Press Yes. The screen should say "Insert DD Is On. Change?"
  5. Press No until the screen says "Ready".
