Changing the language on the Zebra mobile tracking assistant
The PitneyTrack app requires your Zebra mobile assistant to use a language setting. To continue using the app, you will need to change the language from English (United States) to English (United Kingdom).

The PitneyTrack app requires your Zebra mobile tracking assistant to use a language setting. To continue using the app, you will need to change the language from English (United States) to English (United Kingdom).
There are two possible ways to change the language.
Changing the language using the launcher app
- Turn on the mobile device.
- The launcher app launches immediately.
- Tap Settings in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Enter Admin Mode.
- Enter the password pbadmin22.
- Tap Submit.
- Tap Settings in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Language.
- Tap English (United States).
- Tap Add a language.
- Scroll down and tap English.
- Scroll down and tap United Kingdom.
- Tap the Ellipsis button.
- Tap Remove.
- Tap the tick box beside English (United States) and then tap the Delete icon.
- Tap OK to remove the language.
- Tap the back arrow twice.
- Scroll down and tap Restart Device.
Changing the language without the launcher app
- Turn on the mobile device.
- If this screen appears, you do not have the launcher app.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal all apps.
- Scroll down and tap the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap System.
- Tap Languages & input.
- Tap English (United States).
- Tap Add a language.
- Scroll down and tap English.
- Scroll down and tap United Kingdom.
- Tap the Ellipsis button.
- Tap Remove.
- Tap the tick box beside English (United States) and then tap the Delete icon.
- Tap OK to remove the language.
- Tap the back arrow three times.
- Tap the circle button at the bottom of the screen.
- Restart your device.
