Viewing users in PitneyShip Pro, PitneyTrack Inbound and Smart Access Management

You can view all of the users in the system or search for individual users or groups of users.

You can view all of the users in the system or search for individual users or groups of users.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Users.
  2. To filter the list by user status, select the All Users menu.
  3. To search for a user, enter part of the first name, last name, or email address in the Search field and press Enter or click Search. The search is not case-sensitive.
    Note: If your enterprise has more than 900 users, you can only search by complete email address.  If your enterprise has fewer than 900 users, you can also search by name or email address.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), your Users screen will have different options.

  1. Select Settings > Users.
  2. To filter the users by SSO status, select the SSO Users menu.
  3. To search by email address, select Email from the Search By menu.
  4. To search by name, select Name from the Search By menu, then select either First Name or Last Name from the next menu that appears.
  5. To search for a user, enter the full email address, first name, or last name in the Search field and press Enter or click Search. The search is not case-sensitive.
    Note: You must enter the complete email address, first name, or last name. Partial searches are not supported when using SSO.
