Adding proxy server exceptions in PitneyTrack Inbound
If your web browser is set up to use a proxy server, you will need to add exceptions to allow PitneyTrack Inbound to communicate with the Pitney Bowes servers.

If your web browser is set up to use a proxy server, you will need to add exceptions to allow PitneyTrack Inbound to communicate with the Pitney Bowes servers.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
Windows 10
- Go to the Windows Start button > Settings > Network & Internet.
- Select Proxy on the left.
- Under Manual Proxy Setup, set the toggle to ON.
- Under Use the proxy server except for addresses that start with the following entries, enter all of the addresses listed in the networking requirements, separated by a semi-colon (;).
- Select Save.
Windows 11
- Go to the Windows Start button > Settings > Network & Internet.
- From the list of configuration options, select Proxy.
- Under Manual Proxy Setup, select Set Up.
- Set the toggle to ON.
- Under Use the proxy server except for addresses that start with the following entries, enter all of the addresses listed in the networking requirements, separated by a semi-colon (;).
- Select Save.
