Setting up label printing options in PitneyTrack Inbound

These settings define the appearance of printed labels. You can choose the label size and select what information is printed on the label.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. Select Settings > Label Options (under Receiving).
2. If necessary, select your Site.
3. Under Design your desktop printer label, select the Output Size.
4. (Optional) Change the Form Label if desired. This is the text that prints at the top of the label.
5. (Optional) Select Hide Pitney Bowes logo to hide the Pitney Bowes logo on the label.
6. Select the Primary Field. This field displays in a larger size near the top of the label.
7. Select the Secondary Field. This field displays just below the Primary Field in the same size.
8. Check or uncheck the boxes to select the fields you want to print on the label.
9. Repeat for the other tab (Web Printer or Mobile Printer) if needed.
10. Select either Update Settings or Update Settings for This Site to save your changes.
