Pairing your QL-820NWB label printer with the Smart Access Management tablet

Pair your QL-820NWB label printer via Bluetooth with the Smart Access Management tablet to begin the visitor badge printing process.

If your QL-820NWB label printer is built into your visitor kiosk, you do not need to pair the label printer.

Important: If however, your QL-820NWB label printer is separate from your kiosk, you will need to pair the printer to the tablet.

Turning on Bluetooth on the QL-820NWB label printer

1. Press and hold the power button.
   
2. Press Menu.
   
3. Press the up or down button to locate the Bluetooth menu.
4. Press OK.
5. Press the up or down button to select Bluetooth On/Off, then press OK.
6. Press the up or down button to select On, then press OK.
7. Press the back button to return to the Home screen.

Pair your QL-820NWB label printer with the Smart Access Management tablet

1. Tap the i button.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Tap Bluetooth.
4. Tap the QL820NWBxxxx option.
5. Tap Pair.
6. Tap the Home button to display the About Kiosk window.
   
7. Tap OK. You return to the Home screen.
