Zeroing the scale on the DM110i, DM160i, DM220i

Zero the scale to ensure your franking machine weighs correctly and provides the correct pricing.

Zero the scale to ensure your franking machine weighs correctly and provides the correct pricing.

Select Scale.
Select Zero the scale.

If the scale does not show zero grams, there are two likely reasons:

Your scale might be turned off
You do not have or use a scale

To turn your scale on

Select Scale.
Select Turn scale ON.

You do not have or use a scale

You can manually enter a weight if you do not have or use a scale.

Press Weigh / Rate.
Select Change to g / kg to switch between entering the weight in grams or kilograms.
Key in the weight in g / kg, then select Continue.
Select the desired class.
Select Done.
