Follow the instructions below to cancel your PitneyShip Pro subscription.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

  1. Sign in to PitneyShip Pro.
  2. Select your name in the upper left, then select Plans & Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
  6. Click OK.
