Sending an international letter on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Due to postal requirements, only personal correspondence can be processed for certain international classes on your device. To send any other correspondence you can use PitneyShip Pro. To find out about PitneyShip Pro see related topics below.

Use this process to send personal correspondence on your franking machine from the United Kingdom to a different country.

1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
2. Tap Account and select an account.
3. Tap Class.
4. Tap Start Over to show a list of all the available classes.
5. Tap International.
6. Tap Standard.
7. Select the size of the mail (Letters, Large Letters, Small Parcels, Printed Papers).
8. Tap in the Country field and use the keypad to enter the destination country.
9. Tap Apply.
10. Place the envelope on the scale. The weight appears.
11. Place the envelope or envelopes on the feed deck. Depending on the SendPro C model you have, feed the envelopes manually or tap Start to feed the envelopes.
