"GNU GRUB" message on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P
Rebooting your franking machine can often resolve the GNU GRUB message.

Issue
The message "GNU GRUB" error appears at power up.
Cause
The hard drive is corrupted or damaged.
Resolution
A reboot may resolve the issue. Here are the steps to follow for a safe restart:
- Hold the power button for 5 seconds until the light goes off.
- Wait for the screen to go black and the blue light on the front to go out. This may take several minutes.
- After everything has been off for 10 seconds press the power button to power back up.
