Changing a user's password in SendSuite Tracking
Learn how to change a user's password in SendSuite Tracking.

The Tracking application can be used to change the password of the current user:
- Launch and sign in to the Tracking application.
- Select Help > Change Password.
- Enter the current password, then enter and confirm the new password.
- Select Save.
The SendSuite Tracking Administration website can be used to change or reset the password of any user:
- On the computer that has SendSuite Tracking, open the SendSuite Tracking Administrator website.
- Sign in to SendSuite Administrator.
- Select Support > Support > Users.
- Select Search from the menu on the left.
- Select whether to search by UserID or User Name from the menu.
- Enter your search criteria.
- Select Search.
- Locate the desired user and select Edit.
- Select Change Password from the menu on the left.
- Enter the new password in the New Password field.
- Reenter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
- Select Save.
- Select Logout from the menu at the top.
