The refreshed Property Attributes data is compatible with the 2019.11.0 version of Master Location Data.
- The Property Attributes - Basic, Standard, Ultimate, and Historical Sales data has been refreshed for this release.
- PAD-704: The Prop_baths field had some irrelevant values such as .02 or .01 in some records which has been fixed in this release. Also, the Prop_Acres and Prop_Landsqft field values are now in sync with each other.
- PAD-632: The Prop_censustract field is now populated with a relevant value generated by an enhanced process and also eradicating the incorrect values such as starting with four zeros [i.e. 0000].

- The Property Attributes - Basic, Standard, Ultimate, and Historical Sales data
has been refreshed for this release.Note: Due to issues in source dataset, data for 5 counties haven’t been refreshed in Basic, Standard and Ultimate variants. Following are the five counties that has not been refreshed:

The refreshed Property Attributes data is compatible with the 2019.05 version of Master Location Data.

Two new categories, Hospitals and Industrial, have been added to Q1 2019 replacement cost data.
- Multi-Family category now includes Duplex, Triplex and Quadplex property options, increasing the count of Replacement Cost records.

Replacement Cost and Replacement Cost Confidence field values are available for those records where required input fields were available for calculation (such as PROP_IND, PROP_LIVINGSQFT, PROP_COND, etc.)
- Historical Sales data is refreshed for the 2019.03 release

Refreshed Historical Sales data is compatible with the 2019.02 version of Master Location Data
