Enterprise Routing Module

The routing solution that finds the closest segment with given endpoints has been improved. The service, after finding the closest segment, further identifies any available connected road network, if any.

The matrix service single request has been enhanced as a multi-threaded service request. The improvements include distribution of a single large matrix service into sub-matrix tasks. The load sharing has also been applied to the CPU where a single CPU has been divided into several small CPUs.
