New REST Services

New REST services have been added that allow you to develop more robust routing applications:

GetCapabilities
DescribeDatabases
DescribeDatasets

New GetRoute Query Parameter

A new query parameter, returnDirectionGeometry, has been added to the GetRoute REST service. This parameter includes the geometry that is associated with each route instruction in the route response. The default is false.
