Visual Insights Module

You can use phsical models created in the new Metadata Insights tool to generate charts and graphs using Visual Insights. The Visual Insights Data Mart data stores generated by the Write to VI Data Mart stage are available for creating a physical model in Metadata Insights, if the VisualInsights-DataMart connection is selected in Metadata Insights. Using this connection, you can create a physical model then deploy this model as a model store in Metadata Insights. A deployed model store can then be imported in the Visual Insights web interface as input to generate the desired charts and graphs.

This release adds a new default content category Visual Insights Reports, which contains the sub-category Visual Insights Entities. You can tag entities like Views and Reports using these new content categories along with the previously existing categories.
