Global Geocoding Module

(EGMI-2321) A Geometry object from the Global Geocoding module that was passed into Spatial Calculator in the Location Intelligence module could not be cast as an IGeometry object and threw an exception. This has been resolved.
(EGMI-2229) When deploying the web service for GlobalGeocode, an exception error reported in the log has been resolved.
(EGMI-1938) GGM no longer throws an exception when there are unlicensed datasets installed along with licensed datasets. Geocoding against the licensed datasets will proceed.
