Query Permissions

To access this tab...
Click Permissions > Query Permissions

The Query Permissions tab enables you to assign access permissions to a query.

The names of all available queries are listed with their associated tables, against which you can select one of these options:

Permissions Description
Administrators Only Only administrators will be given the option to choose the query in the Filter drop-down list on the Query tab.
Choose Roles (on right) Select from one of the fixed or custom roles and move to assigned roles. The administrator can select one or more roles from the available list of roles. Users who belong to any one of the assigned roles will be able to see the query filter.
