Setting SFTP options in PitneyAnalytics

Configure the Secure FTP server connection for the server where your scheduled reports will be stored in PitneyAnalytics.

Configure the Secure FTP server connection for the server where your scheduled reports will be stored.

  1. Select Analytics > Reports.
    select Analytics > Reports
  2. Click Export > SFTP Options.
    select Export > SFTP Options
  3. Enter the SFTP server information. If you need help, ask your IT administrator for the file access information and credentials.
  4. Select whether you want to keep all your exported reports, or replace them each time a new report is run.
  5. Enter the email addresses of anyone who should be notified if an error occurs.
  6. Click Save.
