Adding accessibility requirements to a contact in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

You can add accessibility requirements to contacts in your address book. The system will automatically select an accessible locker when you reserve a locker for that client in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers.

You can add accessibility requirements to contacts in your address book. The system will automatically select an accessible locker when you reserve a locker for that client.

  1. Click the Settings icon on the Home screen.
  2. Select Address Book.
  3. Click Add Contact or click the pencil icon to edit an existing contact.
  4. Select Needs Accessibility Accommodations for Locker Use.
  5. Click Save and Close.
