Enabling accessibility for locker recipients in PitneyTrack Inbound and the Locker Management Module

Accessibility is configured at the recipient level. Enabling accessibility for a recipient ensures that locker assignments meet ADA height compliance standards (no doors higher than 123 cm or lower than 35 cm from the ground), as well as no interactive touchpoints.

1. Select Settings > Address Book.
2. Scroll or use the search feature to locate the desired contact.
3. Select the Edit Contact icon next to the contact.
4. If Add internal delivery details is not already selected, select it.
5. Check the Needs Accessibility Accommodations for Locker Use box.
6. Select Save and Close.
