Viewing and exporting your history in PitneyShip Pro

You can view the history of your shipping labels, and export the data if needed.

1. Select Shipping > Shipping History.
2. Select the tab for the type of history you wish to view.
3. To view the details of a particular item in the list, select the arrow on the left side to open it.
   
4. To sort the list, click on the column headings with arrows. Click the same heading again to reverse the sort order.
   
5. To filter the list further, use the filter menus and search box at the top of the list.
   
6. To export the data, select Export and follow your web browser's prompts to save the file. (The exact steps will vary depending on your browser settings.)
   • To download an export again, select Job Status > Export History, then select the download icon next to the file you wish to export.
     

Running a Daily Activity Report

The Daily Activity Report contains the shipping history for the current date.

1. Select Shipping > Shipping History.
2. Use the filter menus and search box at the top of the list to further filter the data if needed.
