Exporting your history in PitneyShip Pro

You can export history reports of your shipping labels, stamp printing, and postage purchases (refills).
Products affected: PitneyShip™ Pro

You can export history reports as CSV files. Note that the maximum number of records that can be exported at one time is 50,000.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. From the Shipping menu, select Shipping History.
  2. Use the filter menus at the top of the list to select the data you wish to export.
  3. Select Export All.
  4. Follow your web browser's prompts to save the file. (The exact steps will vary depending on your browser settings.)
