Carrier pickups and drop-offs in PitneyShip Pro

You can schedule a package pickups and find package drop-off locations for various carriers in PitneyShip Pro.

Scheduling a Canada Post or Purolator Pickup

If you need to schedule a package pickup for Canada Post or Purolator, you can get a link to the carrier's website.

1. From the Shipping menu, select Canada Post Pickup or Purolator Pickup. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling for these carriers.
2. On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.

Scheduling a carrier pickup (non-Canada Post)

You can schedule a carrier package pickup through PitneyShip Pro. Pickup charges vary based on your carrier account type; check with the carrier for details.

1. From the Shipping menu, select Schedule Carrier Pickup.
2. From the Select Pickup Carrier menu, choose the carrier for which you wish to schedule the pickup.
3. Select the sender address from the Sender Address menu.
4. Enter the sender's email address and phone number if they are not already filled in.
5. If you have more than one account for the carrier, select the account for the pickup from the Carrier Account menu.
6. Under Select Shipments For Pickup, choose whether you want all shipments for this carrier picked up, or whether you want to select only some shipments for the pickup.
7. Confirm the number and weight of the packages.
8. Select the Pickup Date and time.
9. Select the Pickup Location.
10. (Optional) Enter Pickup Reference notes.
11. (Optional) Add any Additional Notes for the carrier.
12. Select Packages are properly sealed and ready for shipment.
13. Select Confirm Pickup.
14. Confirm the information and select Print Confirmation.

Canceling a pickup

If you need to cancel a pickup, go to the Pickup History tab.

Finding a package drop-off location

You can find package drop-off locations for various carriers in PitneyShip Pro.

1. From the Shipping menu, select Drop Off Locations.
2. Select the Carrier.
3. Select the Country.
4. Enter the Postal Code.
5. Select the Search Radius.
6. Select Search.
7. To view the details of a particular location, select the arrow next to it to expand it.
8. To email the information, select Email, enter the email address, and select Email.
