Resolution

This error is caused by a jam in the sealer area or if mail is pulled out after it begins to feed. Follow the steps below to try to resolve this error.

Power Down the machine by unplugging the power cord
Check sealer area for jam
Blow out the mail path with non-flammable canned air
Plug the machine back in
Run mail making sure not to remove it from the mail deck
