Error Code: 372A, How to resolve on the DM400C and DM475

Learn how to resolve error code 372A on the DM400C and DM475.

Error code 372A displays on the meter and it will not run mail.

This indicates a possible jam in your meter or the mail piece is too long.

Verify the length of the mail piece. The maximum length of an envelope is 15 inches (14 inches for the DM475 running in wow mode)
Unload the tapes, open the top cover and all jam release levers. Remove any mail pieces in the machine. Blow out the mail path with non-flammable compressed air to remove dust and debris
