Checking the software version on the mailstation or mailstation2

Learn how to check the software version on the mailstation or mailstation2.

There are three ways to check the software version on the mailstation™ and mailstation2™:
From the Menu:
  1. Press the Menu key.
  2. Press the down Review arrow to scroll to Select a report? Press Enter/yes.
  3. Press the down Review arrow to scroll to View software ver. report? Press Enter/yes.
  4. Press the down Review arrow to scroll to the UIC number.
  5. Press Clear/Back to return to the Reports menu. Follow the prompts to return to main screen.
From a meter report:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press the down Review arrow to scroll to Select a report? Press Enter/yes.
  3. Press the down Review arrow to scroll to Print Software Version report? Press Enter/yes.
  4. At the prompt, insert a tape sheet or envelope into the machine.
  5. Locate the UIC number on the printed report.
From PC Meter Connect (K7C2/mailstation2 only):
  1. Launch PC Meter Connect on the computer that is connected to the meter.
  2. Select the Updates tab.
  3. In your meter panel, click Details>>.
The software version number is also displayed very briefly while the meter is turning on.
