Networking and connectivity details for the Mailstation2 - DM475

Use these network requirements to prepare your IT and local network environment for connecting your Mailstation2, DM100i, DM125i and DM300c-DM475.
Products affected: mailstation2™, DM100®i, DM125™, DM300c™, DM400c™ and DM475™ (K7C2, PREC and G910)

If you have extensive network security restrictions, your IT or network administrator may need these specifications to prepare for the installation.

URL Information

Restricting access to specific URL and IP addresses could potentially cause machine condition issues in the future should Pitney Bowes update their infrastructure. In order to minimise this Pitney Bowes recommends allowing access to any URL containing pb.com.

DNS - Will utilize User Datagram Protocol (UDP) to resolve domains.
