Updating Canada Post rates and software on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P

Learn how to update the software or Canada postal rates on the Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000, Connect+ 2000, and Connect+ 3000.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, 1000, 2000, 3000
The Rates & Updates icon turns yellow when a rate or software update is available for your Connect+, SendPro P postage meter.
Follow these steps to update the software to the latest version:
  1. Select Rates & Updates from the main screen of the Connect+.
  2. Select Install now on the Rates & Updates screen.
    • If the Install Updates button does not appear, select Check and Download.
Note: Some proxy and firewall settings can cause the Rates & Updates icon to temporarily remain yellow, but this does not affect the operation of your Connect+.
