Setting up a Spee-Dee account in PitneyShip Enterprise

In order to ship with Spee-Dee, you first need to set up your Spee-Dee account in PitneyShip Enterprise.

In order to ship with Spee-Dee in PitneyShip Enterprise, you first need to set up your Spee-Dee account in PitneyShip Enterprise.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Carriers.
  2. Select Add Carrier.
  3. In the Carrier Display Name field, enter a name for the account.
  4. From the Select Carrier menu, select Spee-Dee.
  5. Under Access Level, select which divisions and locations will have access to this account:
    • Enterprise: All divisions and locations
    • Division: Select the desired divisions
    • Location: Select the desired locations
  6. In the Spee-Dee Account Number field, enter your 9-digit Spee-Dee account number.
  7. (Optional) Enter a nickname for this account in the Spee-Dee Account Nickname field.
  8. Complete the rest of your Spee-Dee account information.
  9. If you will be printing Spee-Dee manifests, complete the Manifest Details section. Contact you Spee-Dee representative for this information if needed.
  10. Select I accept the SPEE-DEE Technology Agreement.
  11. Select Add Carrier.
