Disabling Quick Actions in the PitneyShip mobile app
Quick Actions in the PitneyShip mobile app provides quick access from the Home screen, like retrieving the weight of an item or printing an individual stamp.
Products Affected: PitneyShip™ mobile app
If the Quick Actions features are not needed, one or both of them may be disabled.
- From the Home screen, tap More.
- Select Printer Options.
- Under the Quick Actions on Homepage section, select the Toggle off switch for Enable Print Stamp or Enable Get Weight.
- Return to the Home screen and the Quick Actions features will now be removed.
