Managing carrier accounts in the PitneyShip mobile app

You can manage your shipping carrier accounts in the PitneyShip mobile app.

You can manage your shipping carrier accounts in the PitneyShip mobile app.

  1. From the home screen, tap More > Shipping Carriers.
  2. For USPS, you can add postage funds.
  3. For FedEx, you can click on Manage to change the nickname, make this your default FedEx account, add FedEx Ground Economy to your account, change your Hub ID, or remove the account by clicking the delete icon
  4. For UPS, you can click on Manage to change the nickname, make this your default UPS account, remove the account by clicking the delete icon, or click Add Account to add a new UPS Rate account.
  5. For DHL, you can click on Manage to change the nickname, make this your default DHL account, or remove the account by clicking the delete icon. If you need to add a new DHL account to the PitneyShip mobile app, you need to add it using PitneyShip on your desktop. See Setting up a DHL Express account in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.
    Note: DHL is only available for PitneyShip+ and PitneyShip++ users.
