How to start MapInfo Stratus

To start working with MapInfo Stratus, you need to:
  1. Install the MapInfo Stratus Uploader.
  2. Open MapInfo Professional and publish required maps from MapInfo Professional to MapInfo Stratus.
  3. For users, who will be using MapInfo Stratus, securely, you can use the Account Management system to create users who can log in to MapInfo Stratus. For more information about security on the system refer to security.
  4. Use the MapInfo Administration Console to configure maps to be shown in MapInfo Stratus and to set up permissions for functionality that you want your MapInfo Stratus users to have access to. Permissions can be given to predefined roles Public and Users or one can create Custom Roles and assign some users to these roles.
  5. Launch MapInfo Stratus.
