IP Addresses used by Stratus

During a Stratus Upload, certain domain names are used to communicate with the SaaS environment. If you are using a proxy server (such as Microsoft ISA Server) or other firewall and have locked down what sites can be accessed, then it will be necessary to allow traffic to these domain names or the associated IP addresses they are using.

Below is a list of the domain names and their associated IP addresses needed for uploading and using the RIA.

For the North America datacenter (Austin):

For the APAC datacentre (Sydney):

If connection to internet is through a Proxy Server, then Proxy Server can be configured either for anonymous or NTLM authentication; other authentication mechanism like Basic or Digest are not supported.

The Map Uploader makes HTTPS requests over standard port 443.

In addition for all three Data Centres, the Stratus applications will redirect to www.pb.com23.66.208.96 for logging in.
Note: The stratus URLs map to the same IP addresses as "spatialserver" and "sso" used by the uploader.
