Identifies the alignment and offset of the label (with respect to the reference point) and either the rotation of the label (with respect to an origin point) or the orientation of the label with respect to a line/polyline. The element Offset is the x/y displacement of the label after its initial placement as defined by the Alignment element. Offset distance is interpreted as distance on the image (i.e. not geographic distance) and is applied in the direction of the alignment. The YOffset value is ignored and absolute value of XOffset is considered and applied in both x/y direction. LabelAngle is the rotation of the label about an origin point. LabelRelativeOrientation only effects the label orientation relative to a line/polyline geometry. The layout operations are applied to the label in the order listed in this element.
