Special Purpose Tax Districts

The table below lists the output fields that contain Special Purpose Tax Districts (SPD) data. For more information on special purpose tax districts, see AssignGeoTAXInfo. To include this data in the output, set Option.GeoTAXOutputRecordType = S.

Note: AssignGeoTAXInfo returns multiple districts for IPDs, SPDs, and PAYs.

SPDn.BoundaryBuffer.BufferRelation

2 per SPD

Indicates where in the district the address resides in relation to the edge of the district. Buffer width is specified by the option Option.DefaultBufferWidth or by the input field Data.BufferWidth.

One of the following:

P
The address is inside the district at a distance from the edge that is greater than the specified buffer width.
I
The address is inside the district but is close to the edge. This indicates that the address is in the buffer area.
B
The address is outside the district but is close to the edge. This indicates that the address is in the buffer area.

SPDn.BoundaryBuffer.DistanceToBorder

10 per SPD

Indicates the distance from the address to the border of the district. The distance is in the units specified by the option Option.DefaultBufferWidth.

SPDn.BoundaryConfidence

4 per SPD

Provides the percentage overlap of the geocode to the SPD boundary polygon layer. The returned percentage value describes the probability that the point falls in the SPD boundary area.

SPD compiled date.

3-digit district type code.
