Decoration for a text string. The attributes "size" and "size-unit" are interpreted as image/paper distance not geographic distance.  Attribute "stroke" refers to the outline of the character. Attribute "effect" refers to the area outside the character outline. Application defaults: family="arial" size="12" size-unit="mapinfo:length pt" stroke="black" stroke-opacity="1" font-style="normal"  effect="none" effect-opacity="1"  effect-type="none" font-weight="normal" text-decoration="none" text-case="default"  shadow="false" expand="false".
