Removing WFS Feature Types

Spatial Manager allows you to remove feature types. You can delete a single feature type or delete a namespace, which in turns removes all feature types under that namespace.

To remove a WFS feature type in Spatial Manager:

  1. From the feature types tree, select a WFS feature type or a namespace to delete by clicking on it. (You cannot select more than one item to delete at a time.)
  2. Click the Remove Feature Type or Remove Namespace button located above the feature types tree.
A dialog opens asking you to confirm the removal. Be aware that removing a namespace also removes all feature types that it contains.
Note: You cannot remove the default namespace (miwfs).
  3. Click Yes.
