SetOptions
Overwrites the current option properties with the new option properties.
Syntax
int setOptions(Message* message, MAP_STRING** context)
Parameters
- Message - the message to which this function applies
- The new option map to be used to replace the current option map
Results
Returns 0 if successful or error code.
