How to set the Low Funds Warning on your MailstationTM or Mailstation 2TM



Your meter warns you when the postage in the machine reaches a certain amount. This warning acts as a reminder to add more postage to the meter.

To set the Low Funds Warning:

 Press Menu

 Use the Review buttons to scroll to Change Setup? Press Yes/ Enter

 Use the Review buttons to scroll to Change Low Funds Warning? Press Yes/ Enter

  • Enter the amount you would like your system to display a Low Funds Warning for
  • Enter in whole dollars only, do not enter the decimal point
  • Press Yes/ Enter 
  • A confirmation message appears

 When you are prompted to stay in setup, press No to return to the Main screen
