My meter is not printing clearly, what do I do?
To fix a printing problem, the printer nozzles may need to be cleaned.

Press Menu.
|

2.
|
Scroll and select Use ink functions?
|
|
3.
|
Scroll and select to Clean printer nozzles? A Preparing ink Please wait... message displays as the meter performs its cleaning.
|
|
4.
|
When prompted, insert an envelope or tape sheet into the meter.
|
|
5.
|
At Is test pattern OK prompt, press Enter/Yes. If the printing did not improve, repeat maintenance up to 3 times.
|
|
6.
|
- If lines are clearing, print is okay.
- If lines are the same or getting worse, change the ink cartridge and perform the maintenance again.
