How to add postage to your DM100® or DM200® Digital Mailing Systems

 To add postage:

 

Step Action
1 Press Add Postage

  • Select Add $xx to add the amount shown OR select Add another amount
  • Enter the amount in whole dollars
  • The meter will display Confirm Add Postage Adding $xx (Yes or No)?
  • Press Yes

The system dials into the data center

Various screens display the status of the process. (Dialing Please Wait..., Connecting Please Wait..., Adding Postage Please Wait...)

The screen will display Transfer Successful Added $xx Available $xx Receipt (Yes or No)?

If you want a receipt, press Yes/ Enter and and insert an envelope into the machine

OR press Home to return to the Home screen

After printing the receipt, meter will read Processing Please Wait...

The meter will prompt you if there are any software updates available. Download the updates to keep the meter up-to-date


NOTE: Some downloads can be performed at a later time
7 If no updates are available, press Clear or Home to return to the Home screen
