How does the OfficeRight DF100 Folder save time?

Manual folding can be a time consuming process. With the OfficeRight DF100 Folder, you can insert up to three pages at once and your letters and documents will come out folded perfectly every time.

Which way should the paper be facing when inserted into the DF100?

To fold for a window envelope, insert paper with the top up and the writing facing toward you. To fold for a business letter, insert paper top up and writing facing away from you.

Can the DF100 fold stapled documents?

Yes. Stapled pages may be used in the folder.  The stapled  end of the paper must enter the machine first. Do not place staples at the fold positions (approximately 1/3 of the distance from the top and bottom of the sheet). Stapled end of the paper must enter the machine first.

How do I change the paper setting?

The folder is shipped with the paper stop (fold) setting set for 8-1/2" x 11" paper. To use A4 paper, the paper stop must be changed.

When viewing the bottom of the folder, the top pair of slots is for the paper stop setting for 8-1/2" x 11" paper; the bottom pair of slots is the setting for A4 paper.

To switch to the A-4 setting:

STEP ACTION
1 Unplug the folder
2 Remove paper stop by gently flexing it in the middle and withdrawing one end at a time
3 Insert the paper stop into the other pair of slots by gently flexing it and inserting one end at a time
4 Once the jam is cleared plug the folder back in
