How to pay for postage after the first download on your Personal PostTM E700 Series Postage Meter, MailstationTM or Mailstation2TM
To pay for postage:
If you have a credit card on account:
All postage purchased after your initial postage deposit will be charged to the credit card on file
If you pre-paid for postage:
Since Pitney Bowes is “borrowing” funds from the USPS, after your initial postage deposit is applied you will need to set up an account to fund postage. You can do so by adding a credit card to your account by calling the billing department at 1-800-468-8454. Or, you can pre-pay for postage through our ACH debit process
If you do not set up a method for payment, you have the option to use a Pitney Bowes Purchase Power credit line account. It will be activated upon your postage refill, and will be subject to the terms of the account. With Purchase Power you can mail now, pay later and earn rewards
