My Bills- How to View and Print Historical Bills
The Historical Bills page in My Bills will display the past 18 months of invoices. Invoices displaying on Historical Bills are no longer eligible to be paid online. Invoices may be sorted by invoice type by clicking on the column header.
To view an invoice, click on the invoice date. To print an invoice, click the Print button located to the right of the Document Display header.
Historical Bills will have one of the following status types:
- Closed: The invoice is closed to online payments. A closed status indicates that either the invoice was paid or the invoice could have been canceled by Pitney Bowes for another reason
- Paid Offline: The invoice was paid by a channel other than My Bills
- Paid: The payment has been processed but not posted
- Contact Customer Service: The payment did not process please email mybills.support@pb.com and include your account number
