How do I find my product code number, serial number, and Customer Account numbers?

Finding Your Product Code Number (PCN) and Serial Number

The location of a Product Code Number  varies by model.

	For Scales: The PCN is usually found under the weighing deck.  To remove and view, simply pull the deck up
	For Meters or Mailing Machines: The PCN is usually found on the back of the meter or inside the top cover

Note: The Serial Number is on the same tag as the Product Code Number for all models.

Finding Your Customer Account Number (CAN)

An account number can always be found on your Pitney Bowes Invoice.  Customer Account Numbers vary in length based upon the type of account you have:
 

	Mailing System account number is 11 digits
	Postage by Phone account number is 8 digits
	Lease account number is 7 digits
