How do I cancel my mailing equipment?
The equipment cancellation process depends on the type of contract you have with Pitney Bowes.
If the equipment is under a rental contract it may be cancelled by providing Pitney Bowes with a 30-day notice once the initial contract agreement has been satisfied. Please include your Customer Account Number and contact information for follow-up purposes. You may also contact the Customer Care billing support group at 1-800-228-1071.
