If you have downloaded the new rates, but your meter still shows the old postage rate ($0.42), you may have stored $0.42 in your Normal Preset. You can easily update your meter to show the correct postage rate by setting your meter's Normal Preset to 1st Class Letter.  To accomplish this, select your meter type below.

You can find supplies related to your meter under the SUPPLIES tab of mailstation assistant or you can click here and select the mailstation 2 product from the drop down menu.

PC Meter ConnectTM can be installed on as many computers as you would like, but only one computer can be connected to the meter at a time.

When there is a carrier rate change (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we will provide updated software for you to download approximately two (2) weeks prior to the carrier's rate change effective date.  When new rates are available, the “Rates Pending” message will appear in your update tab.

If you have downloaded USPS Shipping Assistant®and mailstation AssistantTM to your PC, you will be able to print postage directly from the USPS Shipping AssistantTM application to your meter.  Your meter must be connected to your PC in order to do so.
